The build seems fine, though I have different preferences that work well for me. It really just depends on what your are doing, and if you are comfortable with your selections. It sounds like you've done o.k. with this setup, and that's really all that matters I suppose.
Personally for skill point allocation, I'd rather up Dagger Mastery, reduce Critical Strikes slightly, eliminate Deadly Arts, and add a few to Shadow Arts. Then for offense, I like to use Golden Phoenix Strike, Horns of the Ox, Falling Spider, Death Blossom. The damage output is comparable per chain attack, but has slightly shorter recharge times than your setup. If I was going to keep higher Critical Strikes and use Palm Strike (E), then I'd probably take Twisting Fangs vice Death Blossom.
My only real gripes on your setup are the runes, and no speed buff or cripple. Two Superior runes, and one Major rune is -185hp, and that's a lot of HP to give away for free (even if you add a Superior Vigor). As to speed, if your target runs/kites, you've no way to slow them or catch them (unless you can time Horns perfectly). Also, you can't run/kite if you need to yourself. I suppose the speed isn't critical, but I've found it useful more often than not.
